Around here the dead ghosts and skeletons will very quickly ( already happened on half the street ) be replaced with the dead Santa’s, snowmen and Santa- reindeer sets. Laser shows etc. ( inflatable, lying on the ground , uninflated days ) we have three “ lanes “ ( Christmas tree lanes ) …one of which is so extreme it’s known nationally.

We don’t have the winter like other parts of the country, we make up for it with “ extreme “ Xmas decorations

The house at the end of the video wins multiple national awards every Christmas.

I have seen a number of them, the ones they have on the shootout Christmas tree light TV show are spectacular and must be months of work. Still … like the house in Randy’s post below …many - most use night club style intensity modulators and you can see them just driving by. In the video I posted, …the house at the end ( there are many videos of it on YouTube ) of the video is so large and varied, there is an area to park and walk around in it ,its huge. You can’t experience it fully driving past. You might argue that it’s too big to be a house but up there on Van Ness the houses are giant mansions and “ all that “ actually is just one home. Yayahahahaya yayahahahaya The city provides lane lights , music, and electricity …. Free …to the home owners to promote the event. Kinda cheating , huh.

Christmas is a lot of fun if you let it.

We have a golf cart Christmas Light parade every year. I’m one of the lucky ones… it goes right past my house. So I can sit on a lounge chair and have a drink and enjoy the show. This isn’t our but similar.
