Have recently had a PSMA scan. This did show some hot spots for sure. But also, three smaller spots on my liver that did not give off PSMA. Did a liver Biopsy. which is rather painful I might add. Will meet with my 0ncologist on Monday to look at options. Any suggestion for the three rather small spots on my liver. It is prostate cancer.

Consider clinical trials, depending on what the biopsy shows.
There are several therapies available. These are listed here: sunwaycancercentre.com/en/i... Some will be available at Swedish. They mention Ablation and TACE here: swedish.org/services/cancer...
Thank you for posting your information on the biopsy. My mets are in my lungs. After doing the PSMA GA-68 scan my Oncologist said there was no need to biopsy anything that might not be lit. Because so many of them were already active. No need for me to go through the pain of biopsy. I am a 18-year stage 2 breast cancer survivor. Others question if that's what it might have been from. He said that as far as he is concerned 100% of mine is APC. We already go through so much now in our fight biopsy shouldn't happen to answer a question like this. That was his reasoning with me for not doing that.
The best to you with your fight!
My husband did Y90 in September. He has numerous spots on both lobes. May ask your MO to refer you to an Interventional Radiologist to explore options. Side effects were minimal but we won’t know until a PSMA scan next month how successful it was.
