My PSA and testosterone test results have been PSA .01 and T 11 since July of 2022. I had my quarterly test done yesterday and my PSA is at .02 and T is at 21.5. They are still undetectable, but not sure what caused the rise. I've only been on Firmagon for 1 year and 4 months so I hope it doesn't mean the drug is starting to fail. I have an appointment with my Dr. this coming Wednesday and I'll see what he has to say.

That is negligible. You should not be using an ultrasensitive PSA test.
Thanks TA. Understand the concern with the ultra sensitive test. It does play a bit on your mind. Unfortunately I have my blood test done at the same hospital by the same people every time and that’s the testing equipment they use.
I will keep in mind it’s an ultra sensitive test so I don’t get anxious.
I continued taking the DHEA supplement which caused my testosterone to go up. Stopped taking it and now it's in the teens again.
