If I understand correctly, then my husband should be on triplet instead of doublet therapy for his ductal PC that has metastized. 😞

Well, triplets are becoming SOC for hormone sensitive ADT naive PCa, but I don't know about the other specific cases that recommend the use of triplets. I am on triplet with docetaxel + adt + darolutamide but my MO told me that it also depends on general health and shape of the patient.
