RRP 2/02, SRT 7/16, BCR 9/23 Latest PSA .17
I recently retired and have been spending more time sitting on my ass in front of the computer [like right now] than I should. Over the last couple of months I have begun to feel/sense that I am sitting on something, very similar to what I felt pre-RP. At first I wrote it off as just sitting too much, but then I got the detectable PSA and that shed a new light. I am seeing a medical oncologist Thursday and I assume he will do my first DRE in 8 years, so then I'll know more.
But I'd like to have an idea of what it might be. At such low PSA it does not seem like there could be a mass of PCa (or even benign prostate tissue) large and solid enough for me to feel just sitting down. What else could it be? Bladder? Rectum?
