RRP 2/02, SRT 7/16, BCR 9/23 Latest PSA .17

I recently retired and have been spending more time sitting on my ass in front of the computer [like right now] than I should. Over the last couple of months I have begun to feel/sense that I am sitting on something, very similar to what I felt pre-RP. At first I wrote it off as just sitting too much, but then I got the detectable PSA and that shed a new light. I am seeing a medical oncologist Thursday and I assume he will do my first DRE in 8 years, so then I'll know more.

But I'd like to have an idea of what it might be. At such low PSA it does not seem like there could be a mass of PCa (or even benign prostate tissue) large and solid enough for me to feel just sitting down. What else could it be? Bladder? Rectum?

I'm frankly as concerned about this as the PCa, which can be treated rather cleanly, whereas a rectal issue can get pretty nasty.

Well, saw med-onc yesterday and when I mentioned this he just said it surely was not PCa. Translation: not my job. Won't go back.
