Can anyone recommend best treatment with results for liver mets?

You can try adding carboplatin to your chemo.

There has been some success with AMG 509 in an early BiTE trial:

You can get them treated with SBRT radiation:

I had my liver mets removed via interventional radiology three years ago. It was a two hour out patient procedure. Very easy, not painful and so far successful.

Hi Jeff;

Sorry to see this. I would recommend consulting Dr. Eugene Kwon at the Mayo Clinic. He and his group have more data on patients with metastatic disease than anyone else. Worth the trip!
