My initial Pluvicto response

Am just about at my second injection. So far:

Aug 16: PSA 99.7

Aug 21: Pluvicto #1

Sep 11: PSA 106

Sep 28: PSA 91.8

So it appears to be working.

Side effects:

• A little tired, but that was offset by a week of steroids as was any "rebound pain" from extensive mets in my pelvis and spine. It didn't last more than a week after taking steroids

• Upset gut or "slight nausea" which went away and came back -- I think the radiation from my pelvis messed up my gut microbes and may have rebuilt as lactose intolerant

Had second injection and Nuclear Medicine doctor explained that the 3 week rise in PSA is very common as the debris from the killed cells can raise the PSA. They are very happy with my response so far as they were not expecting the big drop, but... Optimism on the effectiveness is on hold until after the 3rd injection results.
