For those who have followed me, my pc has taken a backseat to my Glio tumor. I had SBRT and Eligard for my PC in June after my 2 yr vaca and that seems to be addressed.
Since my last post, I have had brain surgery to debulk my Glio followed by radiation/chemo that all went surprisingly well - i have some SE from the surgery esp my right hand, but I am alive.
The good news is that I had an MRI last week and things looked good - so we got busy and are booking a flight in late Sept to go to rome. There are no guarantees but I do want to have at least one more espresso with my wife and family and hopefully more.
My mother went to the same Mayo with a dx of multiple myeloma back in the 90s - and outlived her dx by several decades -I'm made of the same stuff.
Today is a good day!
