Trouble finding 5mg tadalafil (Cialis)

Is it just my pharmacy, or is there a shortage of 5mg generic tadalafil tablets? I've been taking one daily to aid penile blood supply (mostly to reduce or avoid shrinkage), and my local pharmacy says it's on backorder. I have some 10s and 20s ( from back when I had a sex life lol) that I can cut up, but would prefer to have the 5s.

I was able to get my 90 day generic script filled 2 weeks ago without an issue at Walgreens. It has helped and I'm even able to get a chubby!

It’s possible. My pharmacy was out of 5’s when I refilled a few weeks ago. I got 10’s and I split them. If it matters to you I’m sure you can find 5’s if you try.

You’re making me nostalgic for my early days (years) with Cialis. Actually Viagra at first bc Cialis came later. I liked that Cialis was longer lasting. I started taking it decades before I ‘needed’ it, in fact I probably wouldn’t ever have.

But by what definition?

‘Not for ED only’ was my motto on that stuff. My function was great, but of course was declining very slowly with age. I’ve always felt the opportunity to restore your ‘engine’ to the performance you had at 18 (provided you and your ‘car’can handle it) can’t be wrong, and it sure wasn’t for me. It delivered consistently, for decades.

Today it’s all over. RP and a subsequent ‘kitchen sink’ clinical trial took care of that. Pills do nothing, and neither does much else. I’m at maybe 50% on a good day.

I have zero complaints. My nickname for myself these days is Soft Serve. My wife’s libido has changed with age (as is typical) anyway. Penetration isn’t painful for her but it’s not pleasurable either. No problem. Other sex forms dominate now. She loves me and we’re both fine with it. All in all it’s another blessing.

As for you other cow pokes, keep riding the range for me. 🌵

I have read elsewhere that there is a supply issue for Tadalafil. I wonder if the increase in the number of men taking low dose Tadalafil for BPH caught the pill makers by surprise. I had to fight my insurance (UnitedHealthcare) to cover it. They issued a sunset order for coverage so if I continue to take I’ll need to fight it again. Luckily, I have GoodRx to fall back on.

I experienced a similar issue at my local Costco pharmacy. They could only provide 30 tablets, instead of 90, due to a reported shortage.
