My persona has been honed over 40 years as a DDS. I gotta be friendly, engaging, and a lil bit silly to assuage the pts anxiety. That really goes far in establishing a wonderful chairside relationship.

So, with #stageivpca, I've just transferred the dental persona to my PCa persona, but I've been pretty fun, gregarious, engaging for a while probs since college.

Plus. being in a field in which the majority of my staff and pts are female really got my social skills boosted. I discovered that I was f'in charming sometimes (LoL)

I'm Blessed that folks here and elsewhere are rooting for me and for the #s to drop.

I've stated before that if I did what I was supposed to do with a 4.7 PSA in 2010, that I would never have met the Wonderful people here on HU, at ZERO, at Kaiser, at AIS onco/radiation, I would never have done 30 marathons with back bibs exhorting men to get checked. Never woulda made Ripples or Spread Aloha.

39 chemos, 28 IMRTS and 8 1/2 years of 3 month Lupron prolly altered the PCa composition. Just want at least PSA biomarker to show some success
