Have reread the article and am confused since there is no mention of PTEN. A search of the acronym did not produce any helpful insights. Please explain what you mean. Thanks!

I know this is a mice study, but my husband recently started Lupron, Zytiga and prednisone. He also takes a statin which has kept his lipid panel excellent. However, his last test showed a rise in cholesterol. It’s still in a good range, but definitely higher. I’ll bring this up when we see his oncologist
