I started Orgovyx this past Wednesday with the recommended triple dose. Yesterday my BP was unusually high and it was again today at 154/94. My urination today was unusually low between 8am and noon @ 4oz though I had 32oz of liquid, and another 8oz of urine at 5pm after another 12oz of liquid. I haven't had any notable intake of salt or sugar that would account for holding in water.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar when starting Orgovyx. I've read that kidney issues are an uncommon symptom of Orgovyx.

Hubby will be starting Orgovyx in a couple of weeks. He has kidney disease and Nephrologist told us that this was actually the best option for him because kidney related SE are rare. He had a really bad reaction to Firmagon injection (he doesn’t handle any type of injectable drugs well) BP dropped so low that they couldn’t get a reading! Had to call an ambulance and take him to the ER.
I took Orgovyz for 6 months 2022 and it didn't seem to cause any noticeable change in urine, but it does make you feel like you can taste it, meaning it seems very potent. I was on minimum dosage. I suggest reduce or eliminate alchohol and caffine and sodas, while on this drug. It's been a year and now recently have blood in my urine. Blood tests and ultrasound came back normal, waiting for a scope next week to look further. Not sure if related.
I developed high Liver AST/ALT after first three months on Orgovyx. Stopped for a week and my values declined back to normal (6 months on Orgovyx total).
Swollen legs or feet? Any pain in your lower back (kidney area)? Sweating more? I don't think measuring input of fluids to output of fluids by you is really a good way to gauge the functioning of you kidneys. If you feel it's an issue see a good urologist asap.
As you can tell I'm not a doctor, but I do look handsome in a white coat.
