Help! - Anyone in Las Vegas area can help me with spare Xtandi

I have messed up. I just landed in the US from England on a special road trip vacation with my daughter driving from LA to the Grand Canyon. I am on Xtandi and grabbed the packet when I left the house. But of course we are away for more than a week so I am going to run out of tablets on Tuesday!! I am an idiot.

We are arriving in Las Vegas on Monday afternoon and leaving on Tuesday. It’s a long shot but are you based in Las Vegas and do you have a spare packet of Xtandi? I am happy to pay for them or arrange for a replacement pack to be sent to you when I get home. I am desperate and freaking out.

Please. Any help or advice

Hi, that's brilliant that you may have a supply on its way but don't be too afraid to skip days or reduce your dose. My husband was told by his consultant to stop taking xtanti for a week when he had covid. His PSA still decreased on his next test.Enjoy your holiday.
