Psa low with PSMA uptake in humerus

Hi forum,

My dads psa has been slowly increasing (now at .09ng/ml).

We recently also got psma scan which shows a small lesion on the right humerus.

Psa is so low, any idea on why this is showing up on scans? Does this mean this is neuroendoctine prostate cancer?

The scan done was a gallium PSMA scan, do you guys think an FDG scan would also be helpful right now?

No- neuroendocrine is rare, especially so early in progression. His PSA is low because of ADT. No point in getting more scans.
