Super positive results. 5 week cycle, t-Cyp injection 125 mg day one, 1st week 1 pump a day androgel, 2nd week add nothing, 3rd week 1 pump a day of androgel, 4th week nothing, 5th week begins with 2 days of 160mg xtandi for a rinse, and repeat. Regular T and PSA monitoring, 3 month Pet scans, undetectable <.006 PSA for six months, goal is to bring T up to 1200-1400 for a few days, let it drop, stay around 300 for a couple weeks, then go under 100 and add a little Xtandi. That's all I have to share, everyone's different, you have to figure out your own protocol. 4 weeks isn't enough to get under a 100. I've been refining this for several cycles. I don't take androgen suppressor, I don't make much T on my own. ADT tried to kill me before. Good luck.

All the acronyms are confusing. If by BAT you mean something like Erleada and Lupron, I've been on it for 3 years and the only side effect I can attribute to it is fatigue. The fatigue is getting worse with time, esp. brain fog, but not even faintly near to being debilitating.

Go forward with no regret.

BAT -- onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi....

I am on a BAT trial, to early to give the results, BUT I feel much better, skin is normal again, the physical endurance much better, no Wonder - hemoglobin from 12.2 to 15 in four weeks.

Thank you--hoping for good results for you! Ed

BAT works - PSA is still the same! 😅

PSA started to rise, from 3.2 to 7.3 in one month, then rechallenged 14 days with Enza, PSA dropped to 0.5

PSA is back to 14. Is BAT not working for me or is it too soon to tell? Thanks
