I think this has been brought up before but it is still very hopeful that a cure for cancer is coming.

If you listen closely it sounds like all the patients had a common genetic marker.

Let me guess, that marker appears in a small minority of patients?

yes Australian video says 10% had marker, so doctors cherry picked the patients. Researchers keep getting closer to the prize but we are not there yet.

Mismatch repair genes, typically MSH2 - only a low percentage - 2 to 5% of pCA patients have this mutation. It leads to very high TMB, some patients remains in remission for years.
