one of my doctors is suggesting we consider BAT if Jevtana doesn’t help and I can’t get Pluvicto. Have any of you had experience with this treatment? Thanks so much !

First, I apologize about being vague about about my BAT. I find that if I concentrate too much on fighting PC, I will loose focus on living.

When my PSA got to 28 and doubling time got to a month, my local (I have two. One close and one remote) OC started me on BAT.

My PSA started to drop and I felt great. Over the course of three months my PSA got down to 6 before it started to climb to 26. At that pint my local OC took me off the T injections and I went back on Nubequa within two weeks my PAS went down to 6, and two weeks after that, down to 2.

If it starts up again, my plan is to go back to BAT and see what that does.

The fact is, I'm 76. For whatever the reason I only have a limited time left to be around. I can either focus on each decimal point of my PSA, various treatments for PC, and hew drugs, or I can do my best to enjoy life while I still can. I choose living.

Thanks for the good thoughts.

I have bone mets in my spine and various bones. Mets in the chest and lymph nodes.

My goal is to be able to take one last cruise with my wife, and that's why I'm trying BAT. My total focus is not to prevent dying from PC. After all, at my age it could easily be from a stroke or heart attack. Knowing that, each day I can live without a tremendous amount pain or other compilations that make my life miserable, I try as hard as I can to treat every day as if were my last one.

Hey Russ, I know each one of is different, but if I can make it to 86 years old...you can too. Take several cruises in the next 10 years but be weary of those ship captains.....cause they make the passengers row.....Take care and Regards,

Just a GTO comment..... Many guys in a Pontiac or Oldsmobile GTO always tried to burn rubber when pulling away from a green light (in NYC) to beat my 65 corvette Stingray (stolen eventually in 1969). I revved my engine like I was about to drag race them and then just sat there at the green light grinning at them who were 1/2 block away . Loved it.....

Goodbye my 65 corvette, pontiacs and oldsmobiles....
