Mixed therapy with Cabazitaxel

I was wondering if anyone had had any success with combining Cabazitaxel with other drugs?

Docetaxel combos have been used successfully in a few trials, and maybe cabazitaxel would work too:

Some combinations need further investigation: Pluvicto, cyclophosphamide, demethylaters, doxorubicin, and several supplements.

I was enrolled in the CHAARTED2 clinical trial in November 2021. (I'd had docetaxel a year before, and I was on Lupron, but my PSA had doubled from post-chemo nadir.)

That got me started on abiraterone (+prednisone) and cabazitaxel at the same time. I had six cycles of cabazitaxel, and got very good results: no new mets, no spreading mets, and PSA dropped from 4.5 to 0.1. My PSA continued to drop, As of my last round of testing (January 2023), still no new mets, still no growing mets, and PSA is at 0.01.
