A lil overnighter to Ventura, as I saw that it was gonna be 72 on Friday

Got Chinese Dumplings and Chow Mein and sat in San Buenaventura Park and chillaxed

Got to room and then was able to walk to the Pier for Amber Ales, oysters, and Clam Chowder

Had a fish and a calamari Taco and an 805 Beer. There's a pic of the Motel lil patio on the 2nd floor

Next am walked to the Farmer's Market and shopped at Thrift Stores LoL.

Then drove up to Santa Barbara for oysters/cioppono. Went to The Mission in Santa Barbara and it

it was delicious, but you have to eat it pretty soon , it doesn’t keep very long sliced like that and you have to buy your wallet a handkerchief for nosebleed. Yayahahahaya

That very thin sliced sesame octopus salad has to be one of the most delicious foods I’ve ever eaten ( that’s saying a whopping lot ) . It doesn’t come with the marinated whole baby octopus, I garnished it like that. Those are great in that sesame marinade. That dish is hard to find tho.

Yea, nice thick sashimi, so ono (delicious) I like Chinese mustard mixed with soy sauce rather than Wasabi, but that's just me

I haven’t eaten it yet… in the USA , chef’s have to go through an extensive and difficult course and certification process to prepare and serve it. Basically a de facto ban. I think I’d be afraid to even try it outside Japan. I’ve heard its wonderful. That’d be one dish that could fight back yayahahahaya.

Mahalo nui loa Bruddah💙 I've been thin whole life was like 125 lbs in HS. Hit 165 in College cuz of cafeteria food and beers. I'm at 136 with some muscle atrophy with 8 yrs of Lupron

Still doing a 16 hr IF too and on 2000mg of Metformin/day

Also, I'm doing an a.m. and a pre Break Fast workout, and I do a 2 mile hike at lunch and another 2 at night. I'm already osteopenic, so gotta do weight bearing stuff. Those Conqueror Challenge virtual hikes keeps me on task 👍
