What are some various treatments combined with Docetaxel? I once read a new treatment mentioned by Rusland developed by a Russian doctor.

Docetaxel combines well with Xofigo, Provenge, and Xtandi,

Thank you for the reply. I once read about a Russian scientist who managed to bind a PSMA ligand to Docetaxel, but i cannot find the post by RusLand that mentioned this.

I failed out of the Pluvicto treatment and am now about to go back to Docetaxel with Carboplatin. My PSA has continued to rise, 758, but have very little pain if any. Met growth in honey areas is apparent.

I guess I’m searching for some promising new treatment. Treatment with Docetaxel 2 years ago failed after 7-8 infusions(ended after 10).

Thank you for any advice.

PSMA ligands have been attached to all sorts of cancer-toxic entities: chemo, antibodies (BiTE), viruses, PDT, and gold nanoparticles. There are also many different ligands in various tests.

so when do we get to try these and how effective are they? are they binding radioactive ligands or just another chemical to get to the PC?

Many BiTEs are in clinical trials now. ChemoPSMA passed Phase 2 in 2018, but no one has sponsored Phase 3 yet. The rest are pre-clinical - it will be years before trials.

so are these treatments that no one thinks they can make money providing? we need an agency that sponsors potentially useful treatments that are not profitable.

i am not a conspiracy theorist nor a covidiot. There is however hidden information at NIH and elsewhere that Ivermectin might be useful for all sorts of things and is extremely safe with few side effects but no trials or ??? I can buy 50 ml 1% solution for something like $40 this is enough to treat my two dogs and those of many friends for heartworm several years but big pharma (this time the Vet arm) insist that you need to pay them 100 times as much because it is so dangerous. I have a friend (he is a good friend but we do think differently about a lot of things, respect each others opinions etc. He eats horse worming paste and is still alive. He almost died from an overdose of spam and cup-o-noodles. He got what should have been a nitrate overdose. Is there even a hint on the food labels as to how dangerous this stuff is? More likely to die of spam poisoning than ivermectin. I got covid and took paxlovid, I am more conventional. It worked quite well. With chemo covid and pneumonia I am lucky to be alive. I had to drive 6 hours to get antibiotics through mud and snow while feeling pretty close to dead. I just bought a new (I bought a new car?) 4 wheel drive truck to increase my chances of making it. The Rover is fancy but not reliable. Luckily it was working that particular day.

I would recommend you connecting with a good Naturopath in your area. I have one and I believe that his advice helped minimize the side effects of the Docetaxel and has also helped my numbers to move in a positive direction. Why not explore all viable options? Good luck.

I will check that out, not sure there is any naturopaths in this area. I live in the Lewis Clark Valley, on the border of Washington and Idaho.

If you can't find a Naturopath near you, most of them work via Zoom. I believe that it's important to balance the Western medical consensus with natural considerations. Good luck!

I'll go out on a limb and state that ivermectin and whether it is "hidden" is complete BS.
