I am on ADT plus abi for the last 4.5 years. Getting to where I should start thinking about when it stops working. I have been looking into BAT. Seems that works better with Enza as opposed to Abi. I am going to discuss with my MO but do you think I should change now as opposed to too late?

try switching to dexamethasone if PSA increases.

That wasn't my question. BAT using enza has better results than Abi but when should I switch? Or should I?

Switch before giving up on abi.

Hi. I am more or less with same track record. 5,5 years under ABI+ADT. Why are you considering BAT ? From what I read only 30% of patients have positive results with this.
