Sounds like absolute bliss! Good for you. Love seeing these posts. The serious medical posts are important, but it’s nice to just inhale and exhale the beauty around us and share it from time to time. Keep on moving and best wishes to you in your journey.

yes it was. I asked the group to hike more often and lets set a goal of hiking to top of mt katahdin this year which will require more strenuous hikes to work up to it. I need the motivation. They all want to do it so in three weeks we start on our next hike “temple mountain and so on. We all used to hike a lot but got slowed down with age and health. Keep on pickin them up and puttin em down.

holy cow … what’s that white stuff and those heavy coats ??? Yayahahahaya. Just kidding, I have snowshoes myself and loved the ranger guided snowshoe hikes they conduct in Kings Canyon every winter.
