No, not exactly, but I know it is low carb, high protein Keto style diet. Seyfried talks about getting the body in a ketosis state. This can be measured by peeing on a strip of paper, at home, purchased from any drugstore. Mike

Yes. Thanks. Keto is used differently by each person, is why I asked. I've never known anyone to stay on a strict Keto regimen for very long, but that's merely my impression.
