A friend of mine contacted me about his friend who was diagnosed with PCA that had spread to the bladder and lymph nodes. I couldn’t get any further bio information.
What type of treatment is recommended and what cancer centers have any of you with similar diagnosis used? I think he is in the Atlanta area.

For brachy boost therapy, Radiotherapy Centers of Georgia has the most experience.

I agree with your comment. Since it’s a friend of a friend (whose wife seems more interested in getting treatment options) , not sure it will work. I suggested that the F of F’s wife get on this forum. I think my friend suggested the F of F wife visit healingwell forum, since it helped him with his intermediate risk PC. But this forum is better for the F of F condition.
Hey Gatodd! I too had spread to bladder and lymph nodes. So no surgery for me . I did Lupron imrt and another now defunct test adt drug . I had k failure and complication for two yrs with tubes and a foley . He hopefully won’t go there. The good news it that after imrt Ive been clear for seven yrs so far . I also did a lot of alt med and followed a Nat onco advice on nutrition and diet to date . You are a good friend . It’s possible to push pc away for some time but everything must go right! Keep him positive .. Good luck to your friend .
