This is the wife. He has advanced PC with mets to bones, had Orch last year and been stable until Feb 22. All other bone mets still stable. Recently went from castrate sensitive to castrate resistant. Finished 5 days IMRT Nov 11. Sacrum tumors has actually grown according to scans. RO said on consult they should shrink for up to 2 months. PSA still undetectable at <0.1. Back pain gone but some hip pain. Anyone else had this happen? If so, what was the next treatment and what were the results? Thanks

What scans? Maybe not metastatic growth?

CT of chest and abdomen, MRI pelvis with contrast.

You would need a PET scan or at least a bone scan.
