Do you mean RB1?
A small trial suggested that BAT may be useful in men who had RB1 and tp53 loss (but not rb1+pten loss), and these men responded to the combination of Jevtana+cabazitaxel:

If its neighbor gene, SUCLA2 is also deleted (as sometimes occurs), a lab study suggests thymoquinone (2-isopropyl-5-methylbenzo-1,4-quinone) and PMA (phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate) may be able to target it. Hopefully, this finding may someday result in a clinical study.
