Study authors analyzed thorough data taken from 26,464 Japanese male participants over the course of two decades. Their analysis showed a dose-dependent increased risk for prostate cancer development, particularly when it came to milk and yogurt consumption. Participants who drank more milk experienced a higher rate of prostate cancer development—up to 37 percent.

Under current industrial methods, cow's milk is often a toxic bovine brew of man-made ingredients like bio-engineered hormones, antibiotics (55% of U.S. antibiotics are fed to livestock), and pesticides—all of which are bad for us and the environment.

Lmfao well I guess gotta keep milking that cow bc I still can't get my dad off dairy though dairy is inflammatory. I'm just happy he's open to taking fish oil and vitamins . He's been too afraid to feed the cancer and sick of pills so he doesn't want supplements but now he's willing to do anything so if anyone has anti inflammatory PCA killing foods or supplements please do share . You guys cracked me up with your puns so know this comment just cracked me the hell up despite depression and I thank you ! Mooooooo💖

I realize this post is not very scientific, but I am not a scientist. I was once trying to write a book about my aPC but it didnt get too far. I was searching for the cause of my PC but never really settled on it as there are many possibilities. But it does strike me as significant that Asians have low PC rates compared to Europeans/Americans/Australians/Africans. Also Worst hit are French, who eat a lot of cheese, while Asians eat little beef and dairy. I think we might cut down PC by diet change. I personally eat little dairy or beef.

I used to eat beef, but it was rare.

What a great post. I laughed at almost every reply. They gave me one and a half to two and a half years, so I ate and drank whatever I wanted. 6 years next March. A chunk of cheese and crackers almost every day. To cheese or not to cheese? That is the cheesy question. Did the cheese help? Or did it take a year off my life? Pizza? What other foods shouldn't we eat? What foods should we eat? Let's not even talk about supplements. The devil is in the details. I don't pretend to be a doctor, or to know what I'm talking about. Never take my advice. We should all run with the bulls, and take up bull riding. It's great exercise.
