Are you a veteran, PBP? If so, I thank you for your service. 🙏 Looks like that trial would be a good opportunity. Am glad to see that positive predictive genetic markers being deployed to further refine BAT.
Do you have links to the one using Darolutamide? I’m leaning towards it to up-level my castrate cycles on BAT because of its short 20 hour half life, vs 6-7 day half life with enzalutamide may not clear completely in one month.
