Another vacation?

MO wants to take me off ADT after 5 mos

PSA down .07 from 3.14 June - October

Before the treatment began, the PSA had a 2 mo slope, for the first time.

This would be my 3 rd vacation, and beginning of 4th year since 2018 salvage robot prost.

I was put on degarelix after 6 mos biological recurrence. A 2019 Auxumin scan showed small malignancy and lymph node involvement.

I changed MO's in order to try intermittent

ADT, hence the third vacation.

My question to MO and team is whether I should take 3rd vacation or stay on ADT,

Given the sharp rise in PSA in April, and the evidence of lymph node involvement, I am asking for second opinions whether to continue, or stop the medication and wait until PSA jumps back up.

There is no evidence of Mets, and the metabolism remains very hormone sensitive.
