How often should you have Pluvicto infusions? Every 4 or 6 weeks? Some of my appointments are scheduled less than 5 weeks apart and that concerns me. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Time between Pluvicto infusions
It is variable. When a I had the treatment in Germany in 2016, they told me 4 to 6 weeks, 4 weeks minimum interval.
as part of a clinical trial, they have the LU injections for me scheduled every 8 weeks.
Still not sure. I guess it depends on the result, but the insurance has approved 6. The time between the 1st and 2nd one is 35 days and between 3rd and 4th is 36 days.
And what is a time between a second and the third infusion?
Will you get GA68 PSMA PET scans after each of infusions? How will they know when to stop?
Which organisation is giving you the infusions?
Again, you can get only 6 Lutetium infusions in your lifetime. It is no point to go forward with the next infusion if they stop working.
What is the dose you will receive each time? How did they decide about the dose?
bone and psma pet cat scans every 8 weeks. Day prior to injection. 7.8mg I think each dose
this is your clinical trial:

Could you please fill out your profile information?
i believe you can get only 6 in your lifetime.
My husband has them every 6 weeks and will be having 6 infusions!!
For people in Russia and Turkey I have seen TWO WEEK intervals. As long as blood work good.
But protocol from FDA approval from VISION trial requires I believe 6 week intervals.
Thats the FANTASTIC thing about Lu177. Targeted with minimal side affects. You can go out for dinner and a beer/ afterwards…. Just stay away from small children, small dogs and pregnant women!!!! And airport radiation devices!!
No this should not be a concern to you. Depending upon your performance status and bone marrow reserves the interval between the two therapy can be shortened.
