Waiting part tres

No quesions really. Radiation down 2 weeks ago to left hip region helped but gut messed up now. Some high intestinal/stomach bleeding (due to what?) caused a couple black stools and dropped Hb a bit, but cleared up now. Case of GERG has joined in. Alk phos at 110ish for last 2 months, PSA at 35 now. Moderate bone pain in hips and right leg, using tylenol for pain, want to stay away from opiods. 2.5 months no systemic treatment (besides radiation and eligard). Pluvicto to start this coming Thursday, Sept 15.Nervous. Hope body stays together til then. And hopefully not a "waiting part quatro" post.

i would like to understand why are you waiting for your therapy?

Especially I don't understand why can't you continue with enzalutamide?

If it is a clinical trial could you post the link? That would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Not a clinical trial. Just a long waiting list at this point. I finally got in number

So they are not allowing you to use Enzalutamide during the Lutetium PSMA therapy?

Do you know why Enzalutamide is not allowed?

It failed

Will you do chemotherapy after the completion of your Lutetium treatment?

its not scheduled. Why do you ask?

i know that our member Brysonal did exactly that. He had 3 x cycles of Docetaxel chemotherapy after Lutetium PSMA therapy.

If you have some PSMA negative cancer left chemotherapy would deai with it. (This is my logic.)
