Guardant Liquid Biopsy - when is best to do this?

So, recently diagnosed with de novo high volume metastatic PC. On Lupron and 1/2 way thru 6 docetaxel chemo treatments. Had genomic testing of biopsy sample which showed MMR deficient and MSI high. MO suggested doing liquid biopsy, though unclear on timing. Curious as to what might be optimal timing; now, between chemo visits or wait til chemo done and do with all the post treatment scans. Thanks
