Finished Ra 223. Had mri of the spine. Showed most of vertebrae involved . Prior 3months ago showed everything thing stable. Starting 5 days of focused radiation 7/19. MO suggesting Chemo after. Don’t understand the the difference between stable and this rapid spread. Any information on alternative would be appreciated. Kaytruda - Luiticum. vs carbotaxal vs docataxal. Excuse the spelling. I am Brica 2

Have you had docetaxel+carboplatin? Any insight from histology and IHC?

Am currently on Jevtana/Carbo combo. PSA has continued to rise after 7 rounds. My MO is recommending possibly switching to Doce/Carbo, or LU177???

I am having a week of spot radiation and then making a decision on what type of chemotherapy to take. It’s a pain in the butt no matter how I things proceed from now on. Thank you and everyone for the last 10 years of great dialogue and help.

Sorry to hear you’re leaving the platform. Thank you for your humor and advice. I am dealing with many Mets in my spine. Shalom.

Keytruda is more effective for those who are MSI and have a high tumor burden, based on genetic testing.
