Move to Moffit Cancer Center

SOC (Lupron,Zytiga, Prednisone) for mHSPC working well at Florida Cancer Specialists, FCS, in Naples. Convenient but I don't trust the doc. Considering Moffit for care and treatment at FCS. Please comment.

Moffit is probably the number 1 in Florida for Cancer treatment.

Pick a doctor, not a center. That said, NCI-designated cancer centers probably have more of the top doctors to choose from. In Florida, University of Miami and Moffitt qualify.

Resulting from direct one to one experience, which continues to date, suggest you google Dr. Elizabeth Guancial at FCS in Sarasota. Agree with opinions about FCS but her credentials and ongoing care override those concerns. Plus, it's about 30 minutes closer.

I second the recommendation for Dr Guancial at Florida Cancer Center. I've been with her for more than three years after less than satisfactory experiences at Moffitt and elsewhere. She is thorough, a good communicator, and listens well. Her background is impressive as well.

I’m in St Pete, and have been to Moffitt in Tampa. It is World Class. But now you are in the Big Leagues. My first impression as we waited in line, for 10 minutes, to park our car was…so many thousands of patients are here for treatment. They have many many Human Trials in progress. They are progressive. You will be on the leading edge. I hope they can give you the very best of what you need right here, right now.
