I am 70. Diagnosed in Jan 2022 with Gleason 9. Prostate removed on 4-7-22 at U of Miami. (Dr. Gonzalgo) Pathology showed 1 positive lymph node out of 9 examined, positive margins and one positive seminal vesicle. PSMA pet scheduled for June 27th. First Eligard injection today and will start 1000 mg Zytiga and prednisone next week. PSA today was .030. My treatment is at the Univ of Miami. What else should I do at this time? Should I get a second opinion now? If so where do I go? (willing to travel). thanks
