Those of you taking Prostaphane, hos many pills do you take a day?

I use BroccoMax. BROQ is expensive & maybe more potent, but BM at same effective dose may be cheaper. Hard to say.

"BROQ contains more than twice as much sulforaphane as any other product on the market."

So double up (or more) on the other (unnamed) product.

Hi. I'm taking x2 10mg Prostaphane tablets daily. The packaging suggests anywhere between 1 and 6 daily. I'm not aware of any side effects. My PSA has remained low and my last scans showed fewer Mets. No idea if Prostaphane is helping but I know I can increase if scans and or PSA indicate progression. Good luck my friend.

I dont understand why anyone would not take what actually was used and got results in the RCT, 20mg three times a day. And take the exact product used. BROQ here in US. Here is the study again for those not familiar.

I take 6 BROQ pills a day. 2 am, 2 lunch and 2 evening as per the recommendation from the distributor in the US. From what I read (mkt material) it is the best but again mkt material.

Anyone know of a Prostaphane supplier with an English-language website in the EU? I only find French-language sites. Will take six per day.

Thanks. Phew I realize it is indeed expensive and brexit complicates customs.Life Extension Europe has a broccoli blend with integrated myrosinase but it's hard to compare to Prostaphane.

Am adding mustard seed powder to steamed broccoli hoping it will partly meet sulphoraphane needs.
