Could any of you tell me if there is still a hold on LU177, if so any idea as to when it’s going to resume?

Someone said they are manufacturing it now, at least in some places. Check with your nuclear medicine doctor.

I am in a clinical trial (Dana Farber, Boston) and was originally scheduled to have my second dose on May 19, which was postponed. Last week they rescheduled me for June 2. So I assume the problems were resolved last week, since the trial is resuming with only a two-week delay for me. (I would also assume Novartis might be giving preference to trial participants in the event that it takes some time for supply to catch up to demand.)

I was scheduled for dosing #1 on May 10, which was cancelled less than a week before. I have now been rescheduled for June 22. This is SOC and not clinical trial.

I just checked with Novartis. There are two sites that manufacture the drug - one in NJ for clinical trials, the other in Italy for commercial use. They are now taking orders from treatment sites for scheduled shipments starting in mid-June. The treatment site will prioritize patients according to their need.

Thank you so much!! What is the life expectancy with Lu? Any idea?

Median overall survival in the VISION trial was 15.3 months. Although it is not SOC, I think it is prudent to have an FDG PET at around the same time as the PSMA PET.
