Psa in 2018 diagnosed with biopsy gleason 9. Has prostate robotically removed psa went to undetectable .05 from MSK.

Year later climbed to 1.7. Had psma done and "bone met " on sitting bone" Had radiation 3 times to that bone and 40 times to pelvic bed which psma showed cells..

Participated in clinical trail with apalutamide 30 months ago psa was undetectable in February 2022

March 2022 had pain in that bone psa was .07

I had a bone scan as well as ct scan April 2022 psa climbed to .11

Next appointment in August for psa . Guidelines are psa needs to be at least .2 to take another psma.
