Can testosterone levels return while on ADT? If so, what can be done? Thanks

They will not return while on ADT.

It is unusual, but a few on here reported less testosterone control. There are a half dozen GnRH agonists, 2 GnRH antagonists, and orchiectomy. Zytiga will stop androgens created in the adrenals and manufactured by the tumor itself.

Change to other agonist or antagonist of the LHRH hormone or have surgical castration. Abiraterone could reduce the testosterone to castration levels.

Depends what ADT drug/hormone you're using. My PSA's been undetectable since June 2018, while Testo's been 400-500 all the while on Casodex. No other treatment... no radiation, no surgery, no nothing... oh, and no erections either... but hey, ya can't have everything. I do get horny around the full moon, and can achieve orgasm... but I think with a woman, it might be another story. 😜

The end of your message reminded me of a joke... "I can remember the first time I made love. It was so scary. The lights were out and I was all alone in the dark room..."

I'll also mention monotherapy - Casodex - your 'T' can fully recover IF you aren't using anything else - BUT those who can use this form of treatment are a minority.
