ADT Break Update

Today, I had blood work done. The PSA increase pattern is very similar to the last break. Only thing testosterone is much lower this time compared to last break. Can I read anything from this?

Yes, you can see that testosterone recovery will take longer the longer you have used ADT.

Does the same increase in PSA at a lower testosterone has any significance for hormone sensitivity of cancer cells?

It's still very low. Think of castration resistance as a slow process. There will always be more cells that are resistant. Eventually, your PSA will increase in spite of ADT and you will want to add additional systemic therapies.
