Hey folks,

Another update post op DaVinci removal of prostate.

Had a rough ride after removal of catheter. Developed bladder spasms (the real deal in the pain department) and after a couple of days they have subsided.

Pathology results showed 3b from the prostate, slight seminal vesicles involved.

Lymph nodes were clear. PSA in 90 days. I know the cure word is unrealistic but really feel we kicked it in the teeth.

The story evolves and we look to the next chapter.

Did you finally get a cystography before catheter removal?

Sounds like your a more complex case, but I think cure can be a realistic outcome even with seminal vesicles involvement.
