Zytiga and prednisone worked well for me lack of energy was main side effect been on combining for 10 months lowered PSA Last 6 months been 0.01 also on HT every 3 month injections

I was on Lupron with Zytiga and .5mg of Prednisone. Worked well for 15 months. Prednisone was switched for Dexamethasone. It made no difference for me but has shown to be effective in about 60% of patients to get some more use of it.

Also stopped working. Currently on Treluda a immunotherapy. PSA has dropped over 500 points in about 12=weeks.

I am glad to see that Treluda is bringing your PSA down.

May I ask why Treluda was chosen ? Did you have genetic testing ?

I assume so but would be interested to hear from you.

Not sure why. Oncologist thought it was worth trying, since nothing else was working.

For me, Zytiga was working slowly, then I added zinc in morning, and zinc at night w 4x100mg Zytiga, and good progress was made on lowering PSA. ZINC does something to help the body absorb and deliver certain pharmaceuticals. Mike

Didn't work for me either. Now on chemo and PSA dropped after first two sessions from 31 to 2.
