My fellow warriors Seasons Greetings

I seemed to have lost luster for many activuties but Christmas is still a Happy time for me

Still training Balls To The Wall and loving it

There ia no feeling like that of accomplishment after an intense workout

If you do make a new years resolution think about committing to a training গ programme

We all agree my oncologist and my treatment team

It has been an asset in me maintaining muscle and bone mass

Everyday for 90 minutes I forget about my circumstances and enjoy a good workout

It is still very rewarding
