I was on Zytiga for less than 2 years and then it stopped working. Moved on to Xtandi and then chemo which worked for now.

I was on Zytiga for 2 months and my PSA went from 15 to 125.Then was on Chemo which was not effective and now am on Lynparza and my PSA has gone from 50 to 170 in 4 months but only an increase of 35 in last 2 months.I am still hoping to get into Lu-177 trial.

My dad was on this treatment for a year with no progression before it failed. He handled it quite well with minimal side effects. He also didn't have any of the BRCA mutations.

My dad passed away in October and never really had the chance to try other treatments (things progressed so quickly at the end) so I can't really speak to alternatives.
