For Taxotere (Docetaxel), a side effect may be "Muscle/bone/joint pain (myalgias and arthralgias)", although "these Taxotere side effects are less common, meaning they occur in 10-29 percent of patients receiving Taxotere:"

Docetaxel can cause joint and muscle pain and sometimes back pain.
It can be pain flares from bone metastases that are being destroyed, or it may be joint pain. Both are temporary.
