I think I've mentioned before that docetaxel+carboplatin usually works when a PARP inhibitor works.

Have you had IHC of a metastasis? (I know you've had genomics)

IHC? of the metastasis is it tied to the g test?

Yes, of the metastasis. Done by a pathologist. Ask your oncologist.

For Keytruda to be effective you typically need to be MSI and have a high tumor burden. This info comes from your genetic test when you were identified as being BRCA2.

I am also BRCA2 ; was on Lynparza for almost 2 years with PSA undectible until it ran its course. I am now participating in a trial at Weill Cornell using a triple therapy of Actinium + Keytruda + Xtandi, with Dr Tagawa. Should hopefully know shortly, after being on the trial for 12 weeks so far, if it is helping.

It may work is the cancer is positive for MSI-H, and/or is PD-l1 positive. Keytruda may have severe negative side effects
