I am looking for anyone that has any experience with a fairly new treatment called TOOKAD or VTP vascular targeted photodynamic therapy

It is approved for Gleason 6 tumors in Europe:

On the other hand these patients could also choose active surveillance.
Are you thinking of getting a metastasis treated with it?
Do you have metastatic prostate cancer? If you do not have it, then you should post here;

It appears to be minimally effective at slowing down localized non aggressive PC in the gland, and only for half the patients. That is not good at all. If you are going to treat such a case, choose a treatment that has a much better chance for long term success (= cure). Prostatectomy or external beam radiation or brachytherapy. Or leave it alone and do active surveillance if you desire and meet criteria for that. Choose wisely.
