Switching to neuroendocrine tumor

For typical cancer, induction of differentiation is good news. Here differentiation could mean- change of type of tumor to neuroendocrine.

Information about such tumors is poorer, deadly signalling will be not PSA and acid phosphatase likely.

If end-stage patient is without ideas, playing with cAMP could be an option possibly.

Hello!

You have some 20 directions how to beat "cancer", some 200 active substances, some 39 hormones to balance, a dozens of receptors... Several drug delivery methods.

I prefer to deal with roots, but here it is difficult.

cAMP could be locally raised, with profound effects to cells. Question about usefulness.

I'm like Schwah, a very good friend here, explain your diagnosis, summarize what your docs said you have.

We have many here that will offer "real" feedback...

Dear Sirs,

Here are different approaches to PC on different levels.

Local induction of cAMP typically results in cancer cell differentiation.

Differentiation here could mean- to neuroendocrine type, for which simply is less information. Like CRPC, I guess, it will not mean, that here is definitely fatal, aggressive etc. etc. result. A topic to study.

As for me- stage IV, prostate, seminal vesicles, a bit in rectum. Dipherelline+phytotherapy + trying to understand holistic aspects of root causes. Is DHT a single problem? I doubt.
