My husband is being switched from degarelix to Orgovyx. Walgreen’s doesn’t carry it. His oncologist ordered it from a specialty pharmacy called Biologics but it has not arrived, and he is supposed to start it today.
For those of you already taking Orgovyx, which pharmacy did you use? Was there any problem receiving it each month in a timely manner?

My wife has been getting Revlimid fro Biologics for several years. In fact, we are expecting her monthy shipment by noon today. They have been very reliable.
Thank you! That’s very reassuring to know they are reliable. We have been working on the logistics for 3 weeks already. The really ironic thing is that this is a $0 copay for us, it is 100% covered through my company insurance, and we are still struggling.
I will keep working with Biologics, based on your help!
I obtain my Orgovyx from the University of Colorado Health system. Never had a problem. They call me each month to set up delivery. My prescription cost is covered by CVS Specialty Pharmacy. My copay was $75.00 per month but that has dropped to $44.00 per month.
I've been on Orgovyx for almost 6 months, no issue with Biologics. The first prescription fill out of the gate sometimes requires patience. 1 day or so won't make a difference as the body is already on the downward curve of the Lupron wearing off. The Orgovyx will castrate the T levels pretty quickly if it's even moving, which with long term ADT is a remote possibility. I was about 4 days past my cycle when I got my pills, and my MO was ok with up to a week. But honestly if you've been on ADT longer I can't imagine T climbing so fast.
One note with the Orgovyx... If you're in a hot climate, make sure when you talk to them that they're aware and they will ship in a cold container. The pills are not supposed to be stored above 86*(f)... Biologics is good about it if you make them aware. Biologics usually ships overnight, but I can't say that is true for all locations...
Adding to what others have said: I get Orgovyx from Biologics. They call every month, verify how many pills I have left, and said up delivery. They send it express via UPS. Call them to see what the holdup is.
