I reached the point 4 months ago where Lupron Depot monthly no longer worked. PSA rose to 1.78. This was after Eligard failed at psa of 2.18 three months before.
Now I still get the Lupron Depot monthly but take Nubeqa 600mg twice a day and my recent psa was 0.06.
No new side effects. Energy level crap and endurance the same. Hit the gym 4 times a week and any project work takes twice as long because rest as much as work.
Retired and tired but doing things!
Any others with Nubeqa experience?

Last month when Lupron quit working I was put on Extandi 160 mg once a day and my psa dropped to 0.36 after 3 weeks, but not checked since. I would like to keep in touch with you since we seem to be walking the same part.

I have been taking Nubeqa since April 6, 2021 600mg with food BID. Just a quick hx - dx 11/2012 Gleason 9 stage 1Mb numerous bony mets to T8 spine nadir PSA @ .11 began rising on Lupron depot having undergone 45 IMRT in 2015, , prescribed 50 mg Casodex 4/17, PSA undetectable until 1/31/2020 where a VERY slow rise began until .67 reached 3/21/2021 with no Mets detected with CT and bone scan. . On darolutamide PSA now undetectable once again and remaining there as of 9/10/2021. I exercise 7 days a week which has ameliorated 95% fatigue. Be blessed that this med works for a long time for you which is known to have a minimal side effect profile.
